A Facilitation Case Study – Leadership Forum

An example of how our facilitation can add value at pivotal moments of leadership is the facilitation we provided for a leadership forum within a leading digital technologies company.

Following a period of change and restructure in the business, DCo was asked to facilitate a quarterly leadership forum meeting that was focused on addressing the need for the managers to move from managing change to leading change.

The company required the two day event to support the different business functions to handle new structures and lead newly formed teams to high performance outcomes.

We devised an interactive programme that included their business agenda and areas for internal focus, as well as an introduction to practical tools and techniques to enable them to confidently move from managing change to leading change within a fast-moving environment.

The focus of the two days was on the skills that the managers needed to lead during this time and how they could implement these new ways of working immediately within the context of their role and the challenges that they were currently facing.
