Located within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in West Wales, the only National Park in the UK designated specifically for its coastline, other than offers an inspiring learning environment that minimise distraction and creates space for deeper thinking, richer conversations, and stronger connection.
Newgale Lodge offers exclusive-use bunkhouse accommodation that supports focused, shared team work. It is well suited to longer programmes (3–5 days) where trust, communication, and team culture need time to develop.
