Coaching is delivered primarily through one-to-one sessions with flexible virtual delivery that suits the schedules of leaders in demanding roles.

Executive coaching is most effective when there is a clear purpose and commitment from both the organisation and the individual.


It is typically commissioned for:

When A Different Intervention May Be More Appropriate

Executive Coaching may not be the right solution if:

  • The requirement is primarily technical or skills-based
  • The individual has not opted in or views coaching as corrective
  • The organisation is seeking a short-term or transactional solution
  • The issue is better addressed through performance management or role clarity

Commissioning Coaching

We work closely with HR and L&D teams to commission executive coaching from scoping and contracting through to progress review, while protecting the confidentiality essential to effective coaching.


Our goal is to support you in deploying executive coaching appropriately, ethically and with impact, ensuring value for both the organisation and the individual. We will always advise if coaching is not the right intervention and suggest alternative or complementary L&D approaches where appropriate.
