Development should create change, not comfort. DCo exists to disrupt. We believe real learning and development only happens when thinking is challenged, comfort zones are stretched and assumptions are questioned.


If people leave any development process thinking and acting exactly the same way they did before, then nothing has changed. It has been a waste of your organisation’s time and money.

That’s why we do not sell off-the-shelf generic training courses. We work with organisations who are ready to be challenged.

Too many development experiences are designed to feel good, sound impressive, and tick boxes. Behaviour rarely shifts when development is delivered inside environments that reinforce existing patterns without disrupting them. DCo is here to do something different. We design development that holds under real organisational conditions because if development doesn't confront reality, it becomes part of the system that sustains the problem.

Newgale Lodge - Space to Think Differently

Alongside DCo, we operate Newgale Lodge, a residential development facility in Pembrokeshire.

Sometimes changing the environment materially improves the work. In those cases we uses places like our residential facility, Newgale Lodge, not as a default but as a deliberate choice. It is a venue designed to create something most organisations rarely make time for:

  • Space
  • Perspective
  • Time to think differently

Stepping away from the noise of day-to-day business allows for deeper reflection, sharper challenge and conditions for more honest conversations. It is one option in ourtoolkit that we use when:
