Four 360° Feedback Options
Option One: Bespoke 360° Process
The bespoke 360 is our customised process. We will develop a tailored feedback questionnaire to reflect your organisations personal qualities or competences for a role which will be issued as an electronic form by email to the participant and up to 10 ‘Raters’. The process provides feedback on both the importance of the management qualities to a role as well as the performance of them by an individual.
Option Two: Generic Management 360° Process
The Management Qualities 360 is our generic management feedback process. It offers twenty qualities which can be selected from and it is issued as an electronic form by email to the participant and up to 6 ‘Raters’. The process provides feedback on both the importance of the management qualities to a role as well as the performance of them by an individual.
Option Three: EQi 360 Process
The Emotional Quotient 360 is an emotional intelligence assessment that allows leaders to receive feedback from peers, managers, direct reports, and others on how they leverage their emotional intelligence. Reports are available for leadership or workplace levels. Reports require a one-to-one feedback session and are particularly beneficial for those operating at senior levels within an organisation. As Emotional Intelligence levels can be developed, the report provides a clear development plan for participants.
Option Four: DiSC 363 Leaders Process
The Everything DiSC 363 combines an assessment of the participant’s behavioural preferences with feedback from peers, direct reports, managers and others as well as providing three personalised strategies for improving their leadership effectiveness. Reports require a one-to-one feedback session and are suitable for all management levels.
