DCo designed a bespoke programme for the supermarket chain Lidl. The requirement was for a challenging and pragmatic learning experience that included relevant and realistic case studies. The Data Analysis and Problem Solving Programme was designed to support the way that employees applied creative thinking to challenges they faced within their role and that they were able to demonstrate superior skills when analysing data.
The agreed outcomes for the Data Analysis and Problem Solving Programme were to achieve:
• A confident and proactive approach to analysing data and solving problems
• An increase in the application of creative thinking within the workplace
• Demonstration of behaviours that reveal a ‘can do’ attitude in the face of problems
• Clear demonstration of the company’s commitment to investing in and developing its employees.
