Time flies. No two days are ever the same. For me it is a glorious juggling act of communication, planning and design work, conducting testing and handling feedback with colleagues, clients and delegates. It involves plenty of laughter and concentration, tea and cake.

Realising the futility of trying to get my three young children to do things first time, on time.
