We celebrated 20 years of DCo in 2019.
This is the DCo Story so far…
The company was founded by Mike Hopkins to provide challenge to organisations, with the aim of developing their people and systems to achieve change.
From the start, Mike was determined to provide a different level of service. The industry was dominated by generic ‘feel good’ events and uninspiring powerpoint-led classroom training. DCo set itself apart as a provider of dynamic solutions to a range of critical business challenges.
DCo has an excellent track record of providing successful learning and development solutions to a wide range of businesses across the UK and abroad. Our mission is simple – to be the point of difference. DCo equip people with the tools and attitudes they need to deliver sustainable and long-term change.
