We design development programmes for your organisation to achieve the changes you need to see. We don’t believe that one size fits all and that is why each intervention is tailored to meet the exact needs of the organisation and participants.
This approach is what gets us excellent feedback and consistent results. It means that we can design large scale rolling programmes of multiple modules aimed at a specific audience (e.g. apprentice, graduate, middle or senior managers) through to one off interventions on specific topics to a mixed audience.
Our aim is always to focus on creating a programme that involves interaction and challenge in order to achieve a change in people’s knowledge, skills and attitudes back in the workplace. Our programmes are not standard classroom training courses and will not include powerpoint led delivery. We seek to run programmes that people remember and talk about for the right reasons. It is important to us that we get recommended and our participants are amongst our strongest advocates.
Our Development Programmes can be bitesize, taking the form of a 2-3 hour masterclass, one or two days in duration, or a longer residential experience. We will advise you on the choice of format that will best meet your objectives, and will always work with you to make the programme a catalyst for real change.
