360° Feedback is a process where a person receives feedback from ‘all around them’. This includes feedback provided by managers, peers, direct reports and can include customer evaluation as well.
The outcomes are presented in a formal report which analyses how the person perceives themself in comparison to the feedback group.

We also provide a generic management process that includes a choice of up to 20 management qualities that can be selected.
