How is my data stored?

On our secure database. We will hold your name, contact information and details of any of our services contracted by you.

Do you share my data with third parties?

We will never share your data with a third party for marketing purposes.

If you are attending a development programme, DCo may share specific information with third party suppliers for this to occur. This data sharing is to enable you to receive the service you have requested from us, and is in the interest of your wellbeing or safety. You will always know and be asked to agree when this is the case.

To provide psychometric assessments, DCo use trusted third party providers who advise that they adhere to all GDPR standards. When testing is undertaken for recruitment and professional development purposes, it will be made clear to you that in consenting to the testing you will grant DCo the right to share this information with your current or potential employers.

How long will you keep my data?

We will retain your data as long as you remain happy for us to stay in touch. We will use your data to provide you with services you have contracted us to deliver and to contact you regarding these services. In addition, if you agree that we may do so, we will keep you informed of any future products or services that we believe you may be interested in hearing about.

Can I have my data removed?
