Team Development Events are a brilliant way of improving performance levels. DCo are asked to improve teamworking and collaboration in teams from all sectors and of all sizes.
Our approach is always to understand the team challenges and design an event that includes an experiential learning element.
A recent example is when we were asked to design and deliver a one day team development event to achieve a shift in a team’s attitude to change following a restructuring process within the company.
The event was held at an off site venue to remove the team from their day-to-day work environment. It was also championed and attended by members of the senior leadership team.
The team experienced a series of development projects, facilitated discussion and workshops that were focused firstly on identifying the factors that were holding the team back before enabling them to make commitments to the way forward.
