With DCo you can book a video call coaching session. As with our face-to-face sessions, these video call coaching sessions make a real and lasting difference to your personal and professional development.

These coaching conversations take place with one of our executive coaches either over the telephone or in a video call.

You can expect the conversation to explore the areas of priority for you. All session are intensive and impactful. They will be focused on raising your awareness and stretching your performance levels in the areas you have identified for coaching.

The sessions will involve honest and straightforward communication. The coach will ask powerful questions and using challenging techniques to move you forward.
